Gorge walking is a great outdoor activity for families, groups of friends and couples.  It is a high adventure activity but your guide will make it as challenging as you like.  The landscape is amazing and if you don’t want to join in the jumping then you can watch your group and walk around the waterfalls.

My husband and I took part in the gorge walking in Neath Valley. I wasn't sure from looking at the website whether it was available or not, but called the number and was able to book in with ease. It was just the two of us with Simon the instructor.

Simon was knowledgeable about the area and always gave clear instructions about what we were going to see next and what we should do and/or not do. He was very conscious of our abilities (I'm a bit of a wimp) and was encouraging without being bullying.
